The model stands at the site's own latitude, turned to true north. Pick any hour of any month and each shadow falls where it will on the day the keys are handed over. A buyer who asks about morning light in the east bedroom gets shown it.

Every flat is read off the architect's CAD and checked against the printed area table. Each has a link of its own, so your sales team sends the flat itself, not a brochure page.

Then walk in.

The balcony looks at what this flat will look at, from the sixth floor, at four in the afternoon.

What it is not

A rendered picture with dots to tap. Most interactive property sites are one aerial image with links laid over it. This is the building itself: turn it, open it, stand in it.
